We use flat-rate pricing based on the scope of cleanup required. Pricing depends on factors such as:

• Type of incident (unattended death, suicide, homicide, accident, biohazard exposure, etc.)

• Size of the affected area

• Level of contamination

• Materials impacted (flooring, furniture, walls, vehicles, etc.)

• Time and resources required to safely remediate the scene

After an initial assessment, we provide a clear, upfront price—no hidden fees or surprise charges.

 

Working With Insurance

In many cases, homeowner’s insurance and auto insurance policies cover biohazard and crime scene cleanup. We regularly work with:

• Homeowner’s insurance providers

• Auto insurance companies

• Property management and commercial policies

When coverage applies, we can work directly with your insurance company to help streamline the process. Our team can assist with documentation, photos, and invoices required by adjusters.

If Insurance Does Not Apply

If insurance coverage is not available, we offer flat-rate, out-of-pocket pricing based on the cleanup required. We are transparent about costs and will explain all options before work begins.
